Who can join the engage Health Cash Plan?
Anyone aged 17-65 and a permanent resident of the UK can take out a plan.

Can other family members be covered?
Yes, you can arrange cover for your partner and children. You can open plans for you and your partner at the same time by applying online or by sending us a completed application which you can download here. When you take out an engage Health Cash Plan, you can include your children under the age of 17 in your plan free of charge. They will receive their own set of benefits which are different from the adult benefits. Just add their details onto the Application form.

Will I need a medical?
No, although the plan will not cover any pre-existing conditions apart from optical and dental ones.

Can I cancel the plan if I change my mind?
Yes, you have the right to cancel at any time. Your policy also contains a 28-day cooling off period from the date you receive your policy pack. If you change your mind during this time, providing that you have not made a claim, we will refund your premium in full.

How do I arrange a plan?
You can apply online or fill in the application form which you can download here. If you would like to arrange your premiums to be paid through payroll deductions, please request an application pack online or by calling our Customer Services Team on 0800 781 2920† and they will be pleased to help you. Our telephone lines are open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday & 9am - 4pm Saturday.
