Who can join?
Anyone aged 17-65 and a permanent resident of the UK can take out a plan. Plan holders will continue to be covered from age 66 onwards, providing they keep paying premiums.
Can other family members be covered?
Partners of your employees can be covered too. Children up to and including age 16 are covered free of charge, and have their own set of benefits.
Are medicals needed?
No, your staff will not need to have a medical or answer any health-related questions.
Can employees change their minds?
Yes, they have the right to cancel at any time. There's also a 28-day cooling off period from the date of receiving the policy pack. If an employee decides not to proceed with the plan during this period, providing that no claim has been made, we will refund the premiums in full.
Do contributions increase with age?
No. However, once the children of your employees reach 17 years of age they must sign up for their own separate plan if they wish to be covered.

Can employees have a plan if they have pre-existing medical conditions?
Yes, but they will not be able to claim for any illness or conditions that existed before the plan started. This does not apply to optical or dental or benefits.
How do my employees make a claim?
Making a claim is simple. All your employees have to do is ask for a receipt from their practitioner after they have received and paid for their treatment. They then fill in a claim form and send it to us together with the receipt and any other supporting information required. The claims forms can be obtained from our website or by calling 0800 781 2920†. Our telephone lines are open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday & 9am - 4pm Saturday
